Endothelial lamellar keratoplasty offers posterior approach
Boston-Posterior or endothelial lamellar keratoplasty is a new surgical technique that may offer advantages in treating patients with corneal decompensation that results from endothelial dysfunction, such as Fuchs' endothelial dystrophy or pseudophakic bullous keratopathy, according to Dimitri T.
