Contact lens distributor opens sleek new center

Marshfield, MA—ABB Optical has opened a new 26,000-square-foot distribution center here to support growth in the company's contact lens distribution business.

The new location boasts a sophisticated carousel system that increases efficiency by bringing inventory to the packers.

The facility also houses customer service, sales administration, and a new manufacturing area for the company's line of gas-permeable lenses.
