Carl Zeiss Meditec, Optovue settle dispute

Carl Zeiss Meditec and Optovue announced that they have resolved their legal disputes pending in the Northern District of California and in Massachusetts Superior Court.

Dublin and Fremont, CA-Carl Zeiss Meditec and Optovue announced that they have resolved their legal disputes pending in the Northern District of California and in Massachusetts Superior Court. The parties have agreed to licensing and other terms and assurance of protection of disputed intellectual property. Additional terms of the settlement agreement remain confidential.
