The Holland Foundation for Sight Restoration will host "Eye Love Rock N’ Roll," a benefit concert taking place at 8 pm EST on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at The Sinclair in Cambridge.

According to a news release, the event will coincide with the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS) Annual Meeting in Boston with a goal of raising funds for the Foundation's mission of restoring sight to those in need.1

Kila Hanrahan, director of development of the Holland Foundation for Sight Restoration, said the organization is pleased to host “Eye Love Rock N’ Roll” in Boston 2024.

“This event is not only a celebration of music but also a celebration of sight and the incredible impact it has on our lives,” Hanrahan said in the news release. “We are grateful for the opportunity to raise awareness and support for our mission."

According to the release, the Holland Foundation for Sight Restoration is a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the significant unmet medical need of corneal transplantation for patients who have Severe Ocular Surface Disease and is the only foundation in the world providing resources to surgeons and patients to improve access and availability for this advanced care.1

According to the news release, the concert will feature performances by ophthalmologists and industry partners, with special guests The Hoodies and the Queen Masterstroke Tribute Band, creating an evening of music and philanthropy.

ASCRS attendees will have the chance to enjoy live music while supporting a noble cause, with all proceeds from the event going directly to the Holland Foundation for Sight Restoration.

Tickets for "Eye Love Rock N’ Roll" are available for purchase online at the event website.
