Clear lensectomy/IOL option for hyperopic presbyopia
Dublin, Ireland-Clear lensectomy with IOL implantation to produce monovision or binocular multifocal vision are both good methods of refractive surgery correction of ametropia and presbyopia, although functional results and patient satisfaction appear to be better with the multifocal approach, said Frank L. Lavery, MD.
